Overland Park Farmers’ Market

The Overland Park Farmers Market is getting bigger and better in 2022. For 40 years, more than 70 vendors have been providing farm-to-table food at the Downtown Overland Park Farmers’ Market. It is open on Saturdays from 7:30am-1:00pm and Wednesdays from 7:30am-1:00pm until September. This year, it has returned to the original location of 7950 Marty Street in old OP. Vendors offer a wide variety of products including fresh produce, local foods, and unique specialty items! The Overland Park Farmers Market was rated the “Best Farmers Market in the State of Kansas” by both Tripping.com and Cooking Light Magazine in 2016.

City Market Farmers Market

Located on 5th & Walnut in Kansas City, MO and open all year featuring more than 140 local vendors offering fresh produce, seafood, plants, baked goods, and handmade crafts, the City Market Farmers Market is one of the most well-known farmers markets around. It is open on Saturdays & Sundays from 8:00am-3:00pm in April-October, Saturdays from 9:00am-3:00pm in January-March and back to Saturdays & Sundays 9:00am-3:00pm from November-December. Brookside Farmers’ Market

Not just another produce market, the Brookside Farmers’ Market is a community. Every Saturday year-round (thank you indoor Winter Market!), the Brookside Farmers’ Market is open from 8am-1pm. Located in a parking lot of HJ’s Community Center off of 64th and Wornall Rd, this farmers market is filled with farmers and makers, neighbors and musicians, and a variety of locally grown and produced food. With the tagline “A Different Kind of Farmers’ Market”, the Brookside Farmers’ Market is a community that directly connects Kansas Citians with local farmers and makers. Everything is sourced from within 100 miles of Kansas City and with live music, children’s activities, and more each week, there is something for everyone! Lenexa Farmers Market

The Lenexa Farmers Market is located on the bottom floor of the parking garage at the Lenexa Civic Campus on 87th Street. Lenexa’s Farmers Market is open Saturdays 8am-noon April-October and Tuesdays 9:00am-1:00pm May-August! Free parking is available on the upper floors of the parking garage. Enjoy fresh vegetables, fruit, meat, eggs, baked goods, flowers, body care products, and more from vendors that are local within 250 miles or throughout Kansas. Downtown Lee’s Summit Farmers Market

This farmers market located at the corner of 2nd and Douglas Streets in Downtown Lee’s Summit is open every Saturday and Wednesday from 8am-noon from April to November! Park Place Farmers’ Market

The street of 116th Pl. transforms into a lively outdoor market where visitors can purchase local produce, meats, and other goods directly from local farmers and merchants each week! There is free covered parking in the garages nearby. Throughout the summer, they host special event days that include live music and additional activities for the whole family! Located at Park Place in Leawood, KS, this Farmers’ Market is open every Saturday from May until October at 7:30am-12:00pm.

Mission Market

Mission Market vendors bring the best in fresh and local produce, native plants and flowers, baked goods, salsas, jams, homemade soaps and lotions, and more from local makers and artists. Located in downtown Mission, KS on Johnson Drive, the Mission Market is open every Thursday 4:30-8:00pm June through August. The Mission Market features a beer/wine garden each week with live music, food trucks, and locally grown produce, honey, and unique specialty foods/baked goods. Plus you can enjoy the arts and crafts from local makers! Preview the live music and food truck vendors expected each week and you can sign up for email notifications to always be in the know.

Olathe Farmers’ Market

There are two locations for Farmers Markets in Olathe: Stagecoach Park and Black Bob Park, each open at 7:30am until items are sold on Saturdays and Wednesdays from April to October! You’ll find primarily regionally-grown fresh produce, baked goods plants, flowers and more at these markets!

Parkville Farmers Market

Located at English Landing Park, this market is open on Saturdays 7:00am-12:00pm from April to October and Wednesdays 12:00pm-4:00pm from June to September! Support your local farmers and enjoy a large selection of locally grown/produced. Merriam Farmers’ Market

The Merriam Farmers’ Market has free, close, and convenient parking, free live entertainment and family-fun activities. This farmers market has 36 covered vendors selling tea and coffee, produce, honey, and more! The Merriam Farmers’ Market is open on Saturdays from 7:00am-1:00pm May-September and offers a beautiful park environment with access to the Turkey Creek Streamway Trail and Werner Park!
