With 7 years of real estate experience, Kim is known for her compassionate approach and dedication to helping clients find not just a house, but a home that truly fits their needs. Having relocated from the Chicago area over 30 years ago, Kim understands firsthand the importance of finding the perfect location, a place where people feel connected, and ready to begin a new chapter in their lives.

As a proud mom of four children who are now purchasing homes of their own, Kim has a special heart for first-time homebuyers. She treats them with the same care and attention she would give her own family, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.

Kim also has a passion for helping couples downsize as well as guiding families who need more space. Whether it’s finding a cozier home for an empty nest or a larger home to accommodate a growing household, she approaches every transition with patience, understanding, and skilled expertise.
