So we chose to go with Compass Concierge because it seemed like a really simple and easy way to get some work done on our home. So that’d be ready to sell, and get top dollar for this house. When we reached out to them initially, it was a really simple process. We were able to get just basic information about what the process would look like, how to apply, what the credit limit would be and things like that. It was pretty easy. It was instant approval and we were able to start using the money right away towards different projects in our home.
