Overland Park
Overland Park is a great city to raise a family. It’s known as “a great place to live, work, and play.” Overland Park is located in the highly sought after Blue Valley school district. Residents have a higher than average median income, but a lower cost of living. Overland Park is conveniently located at the junction of I-435 and 69 Highway. This Kansas City neighborhood features tons of great places to eat such as Rock & Brews, a restaurant created by Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley! Overland Park also features many great places to take the kids like Deanna Rose Farmstead and the Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Garden.

Leawood
This city has great dining, shopping, living, and places to work. There are plenty of parks, exceptional gyms, and public art to see. Leawood has many upscale neighborhoods and luxury apartments to live in. There is so much to do and see in Leawood, like ice skating or shopping at Park Place, painting at Pinot’s Palette, and even some axe throwing at Blade & Timber Axe Throwing.

Brookside
This 100 year old neighborhood has a small town feel with a lot of charm and history. The Brookside neighborhood is rich in character. Grab a bite at Aixois Bistro or a drink at Charlie Hooper’s. With over 90 shops and restaurants, there is something for everyone.

Olathe
This city is perfect for someone who is outdoorsy. Olathe features plenty of parks and over 50 miles in outdoor trails. Stone Pillar Vineyard & Winery is conveniently located around I-35 and is a great place to spend an evening.

Prairie Village
Location location location! In the heart of the KC metro area with quick access to the Country Club Plaza, T-Mobile Center, Union Station, Arrowhead & Kauffman Stadiums, and the Kansas City Zoo. Prairie Village has a small-town feel with close proximity to parks. There’s plenty to do at The Shops of Prairie Village with shopping, dining, salons and more.

Loch Lloyd
This private, gated resort-like community makes you feel like you’re on vacation. With amenities like golf, tennis, a pool, a clubhouse, and a stocked 110-acre lake you can never be bored.

Westwood
Westwood is a small city located on a half square-mile of land. There are approximately 1,700 residents in this Kansas City neighborhood. Loch Lloyd features quick access to Country Club Plaza, downtown Kansas City, KU Medical Center, and almost anything in the metropolitan region.

Lake Lotawana
Find your home at this beautiful lake community located southeast of the Kansas City metro area. This 480 acre lake with 27 miles of shoreline has a small-town feel, but is still close to big cities like Lee’s Summit, Blue Springs, and Independence. This is the largest private lake in the KC area. It’s a great place to live year round or just for the summers.

River Market
This gives you the perfect city feel. There is so much shopping and dining in the River Market area. Every Saturday & Sunday head down to the city market with over 140 stalls of produce, flowers, baked goods, and more. Take your pups to Bar K while you relax with a drink. You will never run out of things to do here.

Plaza
Known as Kansas City’s premier retail center, this is the oldest outdoor shopping center in KC. There are hundreds of condos and apartments to choose from. Plenty to do in this 15-block area like shopping, eating, and sightseeing. Head over to The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art just a couple blocks away to see some amazing pieces. Every year on Thanksgiving the annual Plaza lights turn on for the holiday season lighting up the entire shopping center.

Waldo
There is so much charm and friendliness in this vibrant neighborhood. Waldo is right in the heart of Kansas City and offers a unique character. Spend your evenings at KC Bier Company, a popular brewery or maybe pedal around town on the Pedal Hopper, a European-style party bike. There are plenty of bars, dining, and shopping options.

Lenexa & Shawnee
Both of these are known for being exceptional and safe neighborhoods. There are so many well kept parks and trails like Shawnee Mission Park and Sar Ko Par Trails Park. They are also known for hosting numerous festivals throughout the year such as Old Shawnee Days.
